ProJob Boosters exists for one reason: skilled professionals were losing weeks of their lives to job boards, Easy Apply buttons, and recruiters who never replied. We took the operational discipline of an in-house recruiting team: sourcing, tailoring, tracking, and follow-up, and put it to work for individual job seekers.

Is this the same as an auto-apply bot or Chrome extension?+
No. Every application is submitted manually by a person on our team, matched to the specific job description. We don't use Easy Apply spam or browser automation.
How many applications will you submit per day?+
Volume depends on your target roles and how selective the search is. We'd rather submit fewer, well-matched applications daily than flood the market with mismatched ones. Quality of the match drives your response rate.
Will I be able to see what's actually been submitted?+
Yes. You get a live, shared tracker showing every role applied to, the date, the resume version used, and the current status, updated as things move, not just at the end of the week.
Do you guarantee a job offer?+
No legitimate service can guarantee an outcome, and we won't tell you otherwise. What we manage is the process: volume, targeting, quality of materials, and consistency, which is what drives interview rates.
What industries and levels do you work with?+
We primarily work with technology, engineering, and operations professionals, from early-career through senior and staff-level roles, though we take on adjacent industries case by case.
Do you write a new resume for every single application?+
We build a strong ATS-optimized base resume, then tailor keywording and emphasis per role so each submission matches the job description without being rewritten from scratch each time.
Will you also help with interview preparation?+
Yes. Once interviews are scheduled, we brief you on the company, likely interviewers, and probable questions, and can run a mock session before high-stakes rounds.
How is this different from a career coach?+
A coach typically advises; we execute. You'll still make every decision, but the sourcing, applying, tailoring, and tracking work is done for you day to day.
How long does a typical engagement run?+
Most engagements run in monthly increments and continue until you've accepted an offer. Timelines vary with role seniority, target industry, and market conditions.
